*.- Location and Selection of Land for New Developments or Houses
*.- Prepare Preliminary Architectural Projects and Development Plans for New Housing Complexes or Individual Houses
*.- Prepare Structural Designs ( of Both Main and Secondary Constructions ) e.g. access roads, pools, bridges, lakes, docks, warehouses, etc.
*.- We are in charge of coordinating with Various Specialists, the Designs of HVAC Installations, Electrical, Hydro-Sanitary, Solar Energy, Water Pre-Heating, Window Automation, Carpentry, Kitchen Equipment, Floor Finishes, Walls, etc. and Selection and Coordination of Various Suppliers of Special Equipment, such as Sauna, Steam, etc.
*.- We serve as a liaison between the owner and the processor of permits, licenses and necessary registrations according to local legislation, so that everything is properly carried out and correctly legalized and updated.
*.- If the client requests it, we serve as a liaison with the person or company that will be dedicated to the physical maintenance of the house, as well as the payment of taxes, and services, such as garbage collection, gardening maintenance, tree pruning, planting new areas with flowers, etc. as well as pool maintenance and any necessary preventive and corrective maintenance.
*.- If the client decides to sell or rent for a short or long term, we serve as a link for said action.
